Randy Hendrickson

An industry veteran with nearly 30 years of experience, Randy has managed over 70 properties nationwide, totaling more than 17,000 sites. He has managed capital improvement budgets totaling tens of millions of dollars, has participated in over 120 Feasibility Studies, and managed development projects from 'Greenfield to opening day'. His brokerage, The Intrepid Group Outdoor Hospitality Brokerage, has sold over $300M in transactions involving RV parks, glamping resorts, marinas and hotel/motel properties in the USA and abroad. Randy has over 17 years of volunteer industry and board service, and provides consultation on a nationwide basis.
